Florida marriage records may be ordered from the Department of Health. The Department keeps records for licenses issued from June 6, 1927, to the present. Licenses issued before that time must be ordered from the county Clerk of the Court in the county where the license was issued. These records may also be ordered online from an independent website which can retrieve them from an online database.
